I just started on HS 1 and im not able to do the tripod movement, i recorded a video of me trying, do i need to chance something? or does i just need to keep trying and someday i will be there?

Wrong forum for this post - should be in Handstand One. You need to watch the course video to see how the model gets into position, there's no jumping up.
You don't want to try to jump up at all.
Just crouch in a tuck and get your knees over the elbows. Then place your knees on your elbows to help 'lever' yourself up.
