Hello all,
Looking to shed some light on pelvic position during iso middle holds... Looks like anterior tilt in the follow along class, but would like to confirm...
Any input appreciated.
Thanks

I also have the same question?
Might be a touch, but it's not purposeful.
ATP can help if you feel your femur (hope that's the right bone) jam in hip socket.

So, doesn't matter? Attention to detail seems important in the GB training....
How do you equate that with 'it doesn't matter'?
The roll of the hips is natural, just like Murray said.
You're not trying to roll your hips, it's not purposeful, but it happens. Within that natural roll, try to stand up 'straight'

Sorry Cole, didn't quite mean it like that. But your last answer clarifies it for me. Much appreciated.
