I do not think you have enough mobility for this element, did you complete all the previous elements?

Awesssss

Mobility? I don't think there is enough strength either. Did not look like you could do 60 reps of wall runs. No hard feelings.

how on earth would you compare the ability to do wall runs to a free standing handstand? makes no sense.

to me it looks like could use a lot more ppt-drills. i know it is hard to find and keep the right ppt-position, especially overhead. shoulder mobility could use a bit of work too but thats not the biggest problem i think.

it looks like you dont find the right starting position for the balancing of the free handstand. if you look at the course-video you will see that the free leg starts in a kind of overbalancing-position, whereas you tend to underbalance a lot. keeping your legs straight has (for me personally) a lot to do with concentrating on it and actively doing it. stretching hip flexors before handstand ans really concentrating on flexing the glutes works for me too.

@alex: i think you are right.. do you have some advice for me .. for example some SE or exercise number..

the best solution is to find the time  from my job to attend a day at one lesson with you as previously agreed together..
