How does it look? This set 2 out of 4 (4x6) been working these reps for the last few weeks and it feels like im gettting closer to advancing, but I can feel my back sag towards the end of the set as you can see. Any advice on how to improve my posture?

Wait comments of experienced guys, but in my opinion your butt looks too high just as you set up (hips piked), so your body is squared at the top position. Try to avoid this, keeping your core tight.

Yeah I understand what you are saying and will keep that in mind when I do them next time, thanks!

Good tempo ! Just two things, remember to keep that PPT all the time, and try to stay in the same vertical line, I mean when you are in the bottom your hands looks pretty much at your hips, but when you push up at the top position, your hands are at the ribs level.

Okay yes ive been trying to figure that out with the vertical line and that makes sense, thanks!

Depressing your shoulders strongly will help creating a straight pushing line.

You pike slightly your torso in the final part of the ascending phase to have a better leverage and make the exercise less hard and then bring back the body in line at the bottom of the push up; as others have noticed you need to keep a fixed bodyline from the start to the end of the movement.
