Break Mid SS cycle question

ok so there will be a week basically where i wont be able to workout about 4 weeks or so into my SS cycle coming up.

my question is how should i handle this?

oh, its workout 3 and 4 of one week and workout 1 and 2 of the next that i will be missing.. in case that changes anything.

Just try and do something physical. Pushups, pull ups anything to keep yourself up. Other than that you might want to retest everything and maybe start from the beginning if needed. You just have to wait and see.
