Ali Dawi
Hello, I've recently got back to working out (at the moment just with weights to get into the habit) and I am currently eating healthy (fresh food, sometimes canned Tuna and daily dose of weight gainer since I can't hit my surplus that easy). I've done a bit of research on soy (Tofu, Tempeh, etc.) and found out that with ridiculous amounts it won't result to the best body. I'm not a fan of eating too much meat (in general not just red meat) and I want to limit my consumption to once a month or none if I actually can. So I thought I'd get some of my protein from soy. I know that different body's trigger different results but what's the ideal amount that would keep me on the safe side from any "side effects"? Does 100g of Tempeh (for example) per day seem acceptable?
