Hey there,
How does this look for a last set of RC/PE3? Any advice?

Lots of strength there, nice. Before your first rep of a set straighten the legs and lock the knees. This will help you tuck the tailbone. Lift your head slightly and that will allow you to engage the lower abdominals and remove the arch in the lower back and improve posterior pelvic tilt. All of this will give you more strength during the concentric phase of this movement and the elevated rows you are nearly ready to graduate to.
Compared to the course video, you seem to be pulling more towards you abdominals than your shoulders. Maybe move forward a bit. Hard to say from this angle, but are your elbows flaring out?
Good news: You might want to check the mastery rep amount again from the course description (spoilers! It's 5x10 for ground rows) =)
Thumb to chest and fix ppt. Then you are good to go.
Yes-- emphasise the hollow body/ppt, because your slight arch is putting a slight bend in your knees ![]()
Nail these habits in early!
Your rowing strength is fine for these, you may well be able to fix the body shape in one ![]()
