Her name is Vicky Unus she was a circus performer and this video was apparently taken in 1965. Among a whole lot of other amazing things, If you look closely arround 2:50 it looks to me like she's doing a tucked press to handstand, and a bit later there is a close up of her holding a freestanding handstand.

I have tried to hold myself on a rope like he does 15 seconds in and even that is incredibly difficult! It’s a very unique shoulder position. :shock:
These guys are truly masters at what they do.
