RC/Pe1 Hinge Rows Form Check

Hi Guys,

Kindly requesting a form check. A few questions below:

  1. Feet against the wall - permissible? Both the mats and my feet end up slipping forward. We have no carpet in the gym. Is this an essential detail?
  2. I activate/ fire my hip during the hinge to achieve the 90 degree sitting angle. If I just "allow the hips to hinge", a sitting angle is not achieved. Is it necessary to not fire my hips and make the exercise completely upper body?

Any other feedback very welcome.

Thanks and best regards,

-Kenji

notice the final position of the GB course. elbows must be held at the same height of the shoulders with elbows at 90° of flexion.

Kenji

That is a big deal. Thanks Alex!

In the final position, the angle is a bit less than 90°.. Should we strive for 90° exactly?   :P
