Welcome and thanks for being a part of the translation project! For now we will focus on the progression pages themselves.

How to Participate

There will only be a single thread per progression so as to keep the forum clean and consolidated. If a thread for an element does not exist you may start it but otherwise only post in the appropriate progression topic.

Please post your translation in the appropriate thread. If you have a proposed correction to one of the posts, please  discuss that in the same thread as well. Once a translation has been agreed upon I will clear the extraneous posts and update the post.

Example

Title:

Bent Hollow Body Hold: FL/PE1

Mastery:

To move to the next progression, you must be able to perform 5 sets of 60s along with the coupled mobility.

Focus Point(s):

1) Keep the lower back pressed firmly into the ground.

2) Keep the feet and shoulders off the ground during the set.

would you condone if I start a topic for Front Lever and do all the translation within the first post and edit per discussion? I'd feel it'd be the simplest way to not drive you crazy having to search for all the individual topics and putting them all together.

thoughts?

7 fundamental GST progressions, 6 in F1, PE + iM's. it could just be 7 main topics instead of 42 diff ones.

does this make a difference to you or would you appreciate the gesture?

Cory Fair

Long as it's organized I'm totally fine with that. :)

Cory, aside from the body of exercises, what else would you like us to translate?

Intro?
getting started?

the strength chart and mastery tables are out (aside from the notes you made on the bottom giving examples of exercises with those mastery standards.)

what do you think?

The introduction will be changing so for now the exercises are fine. :)
