Joint coinditioning is something that will assist your body all the time during foundations. if you do not feel elbows flexors pain in the following elements , or forearms pain on the inner side of the elbows..this is due to good adaptation of your body on PE6. most of the exercise have an impressive level of carryover but you cannot measure it. you will have far more body preparation then before. you will see that continue to train for years without being injured is definitely possible.
There is in fact no benefit to be had from RC/PE6. It's in the course solely to torture you and stall your progress.
Same with SL/PE1 and HS/PE2>iM.
In all seriousness though, long static holds help build connective tissue, strength, and endurance before moving on to more dynamic work.
As well as the above, taught me to pull from my back rather than my biceps, which fatigue first and quickly ![]()
