I know its unrelated to foundation but this was shared in the seminar so I thought it should be in the private forums.
Start from 2.45 (it's a real short piece), the closest I could find with regards to high speed camera.
During the seminar, coach mentioned about how the feet of the gymnast interacts with the springboard (I couldn't quite grasp what he meant) upon jumping on to it (not sure if that's the proper term). It was something about how the feet absorbed and rebounded on impact.
Is it possible if coach could explain with regards to rebounding movement on the vault between the gymnast and the springboard?
