After a year of requests by the community, we are starting a Wiki for the GB courses. Initially it will be just for Foundation One. We hope to expand it to all current and future courses as well.

The purpose of this forum is for the community to brainstorm ideas and discuss important points for the Foundation One Wiki. Once the wealth of forum information has begun to form a solid direction Coach and I will appoint the most valuable posters as moderators for the writing and editing of the actual Wiki within the course portal. While we value community input on the Wiki, it is also important to keep the information accurate to Coach's directions and avoid conflicting opinions on a given element.

How to Participate

There will only be a single thread per progression so as to keep the forum clean and consolidated. If a thread for an element does not exist you may start it but otherwise only post in the appropriate progression topic.

Example Thread

FL/PE1

"Coach Sommer posted on Jan 1 1700 that FL/PE1 should be done over a bed of nails.

An important part of the wiki to me is not only the execution of the exercises but also the purpose of it and the targeted muscles.
