FL PE1/PE1iM mastery Check

Can you plz check if FL PE1/PE1iM is mastered

The given sets & reps are furfilled

PE looks ok, you'll know if you were hollow enough when you try PE2; if you can rock smoothly while holding the shape you mastered it (assuming you got all 5 sets of 60 seconds with only the iM as rest between sets), if your rock is bumpy/not smooth then you were not hollow enough in your PE1.

The iM needs some refinement though. You are rounding primarily from your upper back on your "cat" (up), and are arching primarily from your lower back on your "cow" (down). Instead you want to round primarily from your lower back on your "cat" and arch primarily from your upper back on your "cow".
