Im really sorry if this topic is posted somewhere else, but im having problems getting close enough to the wall on PE11. I have passed all the previous levels and mobility and now seem stuck.

I just cant manage to get hands any closer than about 5" without feeling like im going to flip over. Is there any particular IM i should go back and focus on more than others or?

Thanks in advance

just stay with that exercise for a while till you built the strength to get closer to the wall. be patience.

Post a picture or video if you can.

If you feel like falling over, my bet is that your shoulders are closed. There's no particular exercise to go back and focus on. If you're really unsure, film again a set of each exercise starting from PE1 and find out by process of elimination where you messed up.

The wrist wall handstand is by far the most beneficial exercise on H1 to actively open the shoulders while in handstand. I would like to see PE10 from a side view.

If your PE10 is good then post also the previous IM. for some people is hard the transition from PE10 to 11. a good way is choose a distance you can manage using the firs week template (3x12) then ,when you'll reach it for a X distance, decrease the distance until you reach the desired handstand position, a distance between 1-3'' is necessary
