Don't get too concerned with numbers for the warm ups. The idea is to use a previous element to warm up. You can also use that warm up to make sure you keep up with some key exercises. For example to warm up for HBP I do 10 push ups, 11 PPP and some xiopengs. For RC PE6 you could do ring rows, elevated row or Bulgarian rows. That way you would keep your pulling strength whilst you develop your isometric strength at the top of the range.
