sPL PE1 - Pointed toes makes it more effective?

Just saw the PE1 assessment module.  It's recently added - nested under "Introduction" on the left menu of the course login for F1.

In the new video (with Orench) our athlete is putting weight on the anterior portion of her foot by pointing the her toes and keeping her legs straight.

I tried doing the drill this way today and it felt great.  I would prefer to do SPL PE1 with pointed toes.

Problem:  The course demo video with a (male athlete) demonstrates tucking of the toes instead of pointing them.

Which is correct?

Doesn't matter in the slightest. Merely a matter of personal preference.
