Hi all! I have a question. How to count the repetition when written 10 reps for example alternate legs. Does this mean 20 reps? Thanks!

In case the FAQ confused you further (as it did me). The simple answer is it means 10 reps total. 5 per side.

Just for the sake of information.....
For hollow body rock variations and arch body rocks- 1 rock forward and 1 rock backward is 1 repetition rather than 2 individual repetitions.
@Rayne-William Fitzgerald, I just died a little inside from that info.

In the notation, the @ symbol denotes "per side."
For side lying leg lifts, for example, you do 5 reps with the left leg, then 5 with the right.
But for trunk circles, there's no @ sign, so 10 reps means 5 in each direction.
The follow along videos usually make it clear.
This Topic is from three years ago, they have added the annotation and added the follow along videos since. Much improvements over the years.
