To me it looks like you need to flatten your lower back, here is an example

thanx dude..... but how do i do that ? this pic was taken quite a while ago and i didn't knew about retraction/protraction or elevation/depression of the shoulder blades back then. i just held on to the bar and pulled as hard as i could. anyways how do i flatten my lower back ??
so anybody else sees any other problem ?? anybody else want to chime in ??

In order to flatten your lower back, I would recommend you to start the front lever in a inverted hang position and feel your body nice and straight and then start the descend, if you lose your nice hollow body when you hit parallel, it means you need to move to an easier variation. Just my two cents

I think the clearest road is to simply get more volume in with your tuck planche and getting a feel for the retraction.

There is nearly no retraction in front lever. Focus on depressing your scapula (shoulder blades down), not on retracting.

Can someone help me with progressive work?

Yes, you are right. First I talk about retraction and then about planche   :D  Was not my day..

Anyways, I personally do try to train retraction for my front lever, since I find a huge imbalance between my protraction and retraction strength.

Yes, from my understanding there should be some retraction in FL. Not full, but some.
