Besides keeping the bar level, how is the form with these?  is the spine rolling properly and is the controlled enough?  Thank You

Edoardo Cagnola

I would say that you should slow down a little bit and really focus on curling one vertebrae at a time (take this carefully, it's just my opinion based on my experience with the exercise, but I'm not expert by any means :) )

Iguanus

It looks good. A few pointers:

  • Try to keep hips tucked as long as possible. That will make your spine really curl, vertebrae by vertebrae. You're set for a nice pike hang, but you hips go down at the early phases of the movement, so vertebrae bend less. Remember this exercise is more about learning how to isolate movements than compression (as next iM will be).
  • When trying to chenge the movement pattern, move slowly to maximize neural gains.
