 Hi,

I am new in this forum, however i am not new to gymnasticbodies, i had a friend who owned the foundations and handstand  1, and used to train with him so i am quite familiar with the programs. Now that he moved town i am on my own so i decided to buy the programs and have acces to the forums, so this is my question.

With my friend i got to the point of wrist wall handstand 4 cm to the wall completed with succes, and before he left he introduced me to the forearm supported handstand i mean Hs/PE12  but i have no idea how to do it.

Maybe it sounds stupid, but even with him helping i really have no idea how to lean into the support or keep the body line. As soon as i lean i fall to the wall and when i try not to i fall off the support so i am quite confused with the exercise and i do not want to stop the progress.

Sorry for the weird questionm any help is appreciated  :)

So first question is, are you leaning your forearms into the support AND closing your shoulder off? You are allowed to lean the forearms, but it can be tempting to close the shoulders as your lean back. Don't close the shoulders! Keeping them open is what will allow you to stay.
