Mouclier Victor
Hello GB ! So i started training One arm handstands for 5 months now and i almost have it.The problem is that i feel a very little chronic pain in my elbows and i was wondering if it's because i train OAHS every single day..But i'm only 18 and some handbalancers train multiple hours all days so ... my routine look like this : -5 sets assisted OAHS legs together -5sets assisted straddle -5 sets slow carthweels Thanks in advance Edited October 11, 2014 by Bosco
Mikkel Ravn
It's probably the standard answer, namely that your joints are not prepared for such advanced progressions.
Mouclier Victor
I forgot to mention that i begin with a "shoulder/elbow prep" with shoulder taps and then OAHS against a wall, when i got 30- 40s hold, i started to train freestanding.
