Christian Sørlie Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 In a proper pike your nose should be between shins, not knees. This means you bend too much in the back. Try sitting straight, going into APT, keeping chest high and arms overhead. Then hinging only at the hips, see how far you come.
