How bad is my pike? I think something is off because I barely feel a stretch in this position

In a proper pike your nose should be between shins, not knees. This means you bend too much in the back. Try sitting straight, going into APT, keeping chest high and arms overhead. Then hinging only at the hips, see how far you come. It's a common problem in the pike stretch to bend in the back too much.
