Anders Emil Beuchert
Hi guys! I have been having problems with some impingement in the right shoulder. It's going a lot better, at least the pain/irritation is pretty much non-existent, but I still get the sensation that my right shoulder wants to hunch/hunches forward. Also, retracting the scapula feels more natural on the left side compared to the right side. Does anyone have a good trick on how to self-check my shoulder posture? (to know if this is just in my head). I'm doing some exercises; the floor stretch prescribed by Slizzardman in his shoulder video (pre workout)some external rotation (pre workout)a little bit of internal rotation (pre workout)and scapula retractions lying down on a bench/box with my arms out in front of me and down my sides (pre workout)a few shoulder dislocates and 1min deadhang when I remember (post workout) Feel free to critique my shoulder prehab.
