It looks like you're struggling a bit with the hold time. Can you do 5x60s and stay stable?

How's the mobility element?

From my humble perspective for PE2<iM you should try to stay as much upright as you can and contract your abs so that your lower back does not arch.

In PE3<iM I think you should reduce the width of your grip at just outside shoulder width. Also keep your knees bent and try to slow down a bit.

Both the iMs should be done with a weight between 2-5 kg for mastery.

But, again, if I were you I would wait a more experienced guy's advice on this :)

Regarding IM:2 - start with a wider grip, get some weight on the bar, it makes a big difference and will accelerate your progress, also stand up straight.

A few points that helped me:

Start the movement by finding something to look at, a mirror is good as it will let you see when you've got the right height but the idea is to stop you looking all over the place. Next, squeeze your glutes and roll your shoulders back and reach down.

As you lift imagine you're lifting up and away from you, this helps keep the chest open.

Now as you reach the limit of your mobility, you need to make sure you're working hard. When I'm doing this IM properly it's as tough as the 60s ABH/HBH. Really concentrate on getting ever bit of height you can.

Finally, don't just collapse out if the top position but descend in a controlled manner like a pull up negative.

If you're having trouble with body line you might want to start against a wall (facing it obviously) so your torso has no where to go.

Your palms are pointing the wrong way in the PE2>im, they should be facing the ground.

Also, I'm not sure if you are, but don't dislocate in your third iM. If you aren't then disregard this post.
