I know the RING ROWS are very basic exercise prior to starting muscle-ups, pull-ups alone and so on...

Would you say, experienced any transfer of the skill to lets say stronger, higher pulls?

Or is it just about conditioning various tissues and joins prior to more advanced work?

Thank you!

Rows build up the strongest forearms and elbows flexors you can have: supinator, pronator, brachioradialis, flexor carpii and biceps brachii.

so you will gain benefit on all bent arm pull movements and also on straight arms skills in those muscles that stabilize a joint.

When you get to bulgarian rows, the answer will become so obvious.

My mid back cries itself to sleep at night while thinking of bulgarian rows.

They say that if you do them well you can then open walnuts by putting them between your scapulas and retracting.

I say it's a pretty nice transfer.
