Do more reps?

Just got started with F1 and H1.

If a given exercise for a certain week specifies to do for example 3x24 reps but I feel I can do more (while maintaining perfect form), should I:

1. Do more sets and reps until before failure or until the max reps and sets (i.e. 5x60).

2. Do more sets & reps like option #1 and advance the weeks as needed.

3. Don't do the extra reps and just move on to the next exercise.

Second question, is shoulder dislocation recommended or not?

Thanks!

1.  Option three

2. You will find out. Just look at all of the integrated mobility exercise for Handstand one.

Option 4: Test for mastery of both the PE and iM. If you pass them both, then advance to the next element in the progression.

Option 4.5: Test for mastery and if you pass on the PE/SE and iM move onto the next progression (which you should test for mastery at during your first workout), but if not then choose an appropriate micro cycle (starting at week 1, 5 or 9) and have at it.
