Dear community,

i would be thankful for any comments or advices on this mobility drill. Thanks in advance :)

Hardy Evans

Don't jerk the weight up; during active flexibility drills you want to smoothly press to the limit of your ROM and hold. You're using a bit of momentum to extend your ROM, which I think will defeat a large part of the drill's purpose.

I did think, however, that particularly on the last repetition you demonstrated good ROM and showed you had control over that ROM by holding the weight there. Just eliminate the jerking and momentum. Good luck!

Very nice, is that a shoulder width? Make it a bit smoother as Hardy says and you're good.
