SL/PE9: Pain in the shoulder while doing it

I have a pain on my shoulder after doing the 1/2 Windshield Wipers, im doing it on a stall bar, is it normal?

I feel also pain in my shoulders. When coming down the bar I bring down my arms slowly and well stretched, that has helped...
