Please critique my form

Too much pike at the hips and too less lean.Try also to put your feet under a furniture slider or something else to decrease friction.

Andre737, when you say too less lean, you mean lean more, right?  I normally use furniture slider, but forgot it when going to the park (not normally where I train)

Yes,I meant more lean while keeping your hips lower.

To my eyes your lean is good, but you're piking a lot at the hips. The solution is simply, two ways:

 

1 - Stick with that lean and try to improve your form at the hips. If not... (harder way, maybe not intelligent)

 

2 - Reduce your lean and seek for good form at the hips.

 

First is harder because if you do a good PPT and low your hips that will correlates to an increasing in lean aswell, and maybe you won't be able to handle it.

 

Second way is smarter, because it will allows to UNDERSTAND the exercise better without any potential risk.
