Here's a collection of some handstand clips i've put together showing the level that I'm at at the minute. Any tips on anything would be appreciated. I'd especially like some feedback on the Handstand push ups and general allignment stuff.

Music is a local melbourne band called Bonjah.

wow, i liked a lot the video, and i specially liked the way you 'drop' on the rolling chest to handstand :D. About alignment, i think you should try to do the handstand trying to look a bit more to your wrists than the floor, moving your head to a more neutral position so the shoulders tends to open even more, althougth your form is great this just would a minor correction. I think a great exercise is try to do the handstand just looking behind (pointing to the side of your chest).

For handstand pushups, just try them on parallets which are easier to perform (of course i mean as if you do in the range of motion of headstands pushups) to get more the feeling of the movement. As the strength doesn't seem to be a problem for you a bit more of speed on the pushups it would help (as if you get the ''rythm'). If you do them with shoulder width (not wider) i think you could go even a bit further going with your face far from your hands as it is easier to maintain the equilibrium as you put more weigth on the fingers, where you can make adjustments. Look at this video.

Anyway, five youtube's stars.

Thanks Serotonin. Yeah i think i need to open my shoulders that bit more, thanks for the HSPU vid. I normally do it slow cuz i'm still working on the balance and technique.

tried using your 'drop' method for the chest roll to handstand (only to a headstand though, not strong enough to do it to a handstand... yet  ). Found It really good, easier than from a cobra position.
