You Should do mobility work every day, if it's not demanding of course. Regarding the static holds, are you talking about FSP? Or just planks, hollow hold, etc? If it's the first one, then absolutely not! If it's the latter, then just no.

An elite gymnast can do planks everyday, but not a noob. We/you need rest days even for such basic exercises.

yes I was talking about doing  hollow holds everyday,  I have a weak core, and I really don't engage it the way I should.
