Must integrated mobility be performed together with paired PE element?

If i come across a PE element that it takes me a really long time to get mastery but the paired iM element is no problem at all.

Can i move on to the next iM in the progressions but stay on the former PE?

If you have to ask this I really wonder if you've finished F1 :)

To answer your question, yes you must finish master both the respective strength element AND mobility element to move on (which means going all the way back to F1)

Very good point by alan tseng. If you have to ask this question, you have almost certainly trained the entirety of F1 incorrectly and will need to go back and start over.

You are supposed to do the PE or SE combined with the IM. Even if it is easy you keep working it. Now what you do in your freetime is your business but your IM's should go with the level you are on. Sometimes i will stack IM if i am having a particular weakness at something. To demonstrate mastery you need to do the Rx'd(prescribed) SE or PE with the IM generally 5 times in a row.
