I've learned front and back handsprings already, but it's been a while since I've done them. I've never really had great flexibility or strength in a bridge, so I want to start over from the beginning and learn them again. I feel like the lack of flexibility/strength in a bridge limited me from creating more power in a handspring. Could this be possible?

Anyways, I'm guessing this would be somewhat of a more proper progression to follow rather than just being spotted.

What do you guys think?

Yes, somewhere in there you need to work Handstand snapdowns.

That's the way they're taught at my gym.
