Hi all, I'm BRAND new. I haven't even posted my introduction post yet, but I had a question about RC/PE1-iM which I will be doing for the first time tonight. Is it 30 seconds per arm or 15s per arm?

mastery is 30 seconds per arm, just like it says

Oh my mistake, I wasn't referring to Mastery, I should have specified week 1 day 1.
Altought it doesn't say what it should be if its not mastery.
