Hey guys,

ive just bought the f1 +h1 programs the other day.

At first i thought it looked easy but after finding out where i was at on all F7 pe1's i feel very humbled.

i managed to complete all pe1s with the mobility work exept the RC pe1 which after the HBP i thought would be my strong point as im able to chin myself (75kg) plus 20kg for reps.

maybe it was the technique of hinging at the hips but it did ruin me.

Anyway 3 days after my F7 tester and feeling very sore i went back today and did

FL

spl

Hbp

Rc

Even tho i completed 6 f7s i thought it was a good idea to start them again from week 9 to really drum them in and lose the shakes i was getting on certain holds.

the only one i feel i can confidently move on from was hbp pe1-pe2 which im also doing from week 9.

Anyway sorry for the boring post, i just thought id introduce myself and keep everyone who cares to listen

In the loop with my progress.

mike.

Welcome to the boards and may your strength gains be swift and injury free :).

Hi Mike, good luck on the journey!

I too just started and am doing something similar.  I plan to work at least one month on each progression.  I can do HBP PE2, pushups, to mastery, but the next one, Pseudo Planche Pushups, look daunting, so better to milk PE2 for all its worth.  Also, the Xiaopeng mobility exercise is awesome, and spending some time on that seems beneficial.

Anyway, welcome and enjoy.

Thanks guys.

yea im really impressed with the mobility work, one of the main reasons i went with the program instead of trying to work my own out from reading btgb is all the extra details like mobility.

I want to be well conditioned as well as be in good shape.

Ha yea pressups are easy for me but though is go in at week 9 to ease in and also make good use of the mobility aswell.

Giod luck with it brother.
