Hi guys ! Please check my form. Thanks

Rayne-William

Your floor l-sit body positioning is fine.

With your abdominals contracted focus on shallow breathing in and out of your nose.

If you do the same while you are laying down on your back you will notices that your diaphragm muscle expands as you inhale and contracts as you exhale.

If you have done any yoga at all, a full "Yogic" breath also includes the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm muscle not just the lung expansion and contraction.

Use your diaphragm muscle to breath every where you go not just during workouts.

Because you can carry on more air to the lower part of the lungs and also breath more air.

Plus, as you breath deeper you learn to "Project" your voice further. Eventually you will notice your voice has gotten deeper because you are speaking from deeper with your body than just your nasal cavity.

Singers like Andrea Bocelli, Placido Domingo, Sarah Brightman, Sheryl Crow, Christina Aguilera, etc all get their vocal power from the diaphragm.

Thank you for the answers! That's really interesting, I'm definetely trying it

This has helped me alot when doing static exercises. Also when doing static exercises for time, for example L-sit, instead of focusing so much of how long I've held the position I concentrate on my breathing.
