We need to decide how many questions we should include as well as what would be most representative of GST. 5-10 should be appropriate since the assessment needs to be long enough to instill value gained but short enough to keep attention.

Potential inclusions that can be done without equipment:

-Pike/front line flexibility

-Hollow Body Hold (60s)

-Shoulder open/close or mobility (wall extensions?)

-Ankle mobility/toe point

-Bridge/back line flexibility

-Arch Body Hold (60s)

-planche lean/straight arm strength

-pushups in strict form (60r)

Scoring:

1-3/4 points, depending on the number of potential answers for each question.

Example: Pike

1 point for reaching knees

2 points for mid shin

3 points for palms on floor

4 points for full compression in pike

Assessment Name:

We can go either generic or something more light hearted (zombie theme?). Light hearted would be preferable if we're able to maintain our overall professionalism.

We narrowed it down to:

1. standing flexion

2. arch body hold (with towel)

3. hollow body hold

4. 60s chin hold

? wall extensions
