With the reaction of the CF community to the podcast, we've had a lot of positive response but simultaneously the need for us to do their thinking for them with regards to implementation. We should take advantage of the current momentum by releasing material to show concrete ways to integrate GST. If we make them try and do it from the abstracts of the podcast, we will likely lose interest.

Options:

1) Add a CrossFit Programming page into the existing courses

Pro: Quick and easy to add

Con: Limited depth

2) Create a standalone product which has more detail that we can also charge for

Pro: More depth, more options for CF owners

Con: Takes more time to develop

3) Offer full-blown integrated programming structure on a monthly subscription. We spoon-feed them rather than making them think

Pro: Gives us more revenue a fair bit of control over programming. Potential large influence over CF programming in general around the world.

Con: This level of detailed programming might be better waiting until Jeff's OL courses are out. Care would need to be taken to make sure Coach isn't slaved to a major time sink like when doing WODS.

Forgive me if I'm out of place here -

I'm not at all for option 2, Coach's stance has been

- you can't change the laws of nature

- Foundations etc is the best program for adults he has ever created for GST

Adding a CF program seems to directly contradict this and send a confusing message to all Foundations students

Option 1 IMO has no issue with depth unless Foundations has an issue with depth, why wouldn't they flow the same programming as everyone else.

On the competitive level as Coach said, it's a matter of there being some CF coach's that know this stuff and how to create CF athletes from it. That starts by us getting to CF gyms doing seminars and getting GB certified CF trainers.
