Progression question/when to start what

I was just wondering about the way some of the progressions are set up. Is it possible that one should start training some f1 elements before others? Like wouldn't you need to master straddle hollow body holds/rocks before you could be proficient at straddle ups? And wouldn't you need to master planche lean before doing PPPs?

of course some elements will be easier when other are mastered, the foundations elements planche, fl etc are not separated, i can tell to you a very big number of examples of elements that help in the others! that is fine, you can fill the gap easily!

IMO it's not quite that linear, because 'mastery' requires doing the element for-reps, or for-seconds. Doing these elements requires some muscular strength; while mastering them requires strength and endurance. So you may have the basic strength to do a few straddle-ups and PPPs, but you don't have the endurance for 5x60r HBRs or 5x60s planche leans.

Coach's progressions factor in strength, endurance, active mobility, and probably other things I don't know about.

So while some elements will help you with others, it will still help you to persist giving your best to each of the seven elements you are up to. This is the F1 mentality, at least.
