Slippery surface - Furniture Sliders increases Planche Lean difficulty

I would love to hear others opinion.

 

Do you think that using a slippery surface such as wooden floor or furniture sliders like in the video makes the plache lean much much more difficult ? I tried it on a wooden floor (used to do it marble floor) and seems to be much much more difficult.

 

Next time will probably use furniture sliders to see if it is even more difficult performing it on them...

Yep.  It allows strength to dictate the lean.  Can be dangerous for your face if you aren't used to it :).

 

I use a swiss ball to do my planche leans on allows me to roll forward into the lean.
