Hi. I was wondering if someone send me the info regarding how to build one myself. I'm an Olympic lifter, so this buck doesn't have to be anything fancy. P.S. I'm not 100% certain this machine is called a vaulting buck. It just looks like it from the pictures I've seen. So forgive me if I'm mispronouncing it.
