maybe someone here can finally help to identify my strange arm pain

Hello guys!

I have nothing to do with gymnastics training, but I am very desperate and maybe someone here can help me, because you know a lot about training and injuries!

Whenever I play handball with some friends or throw something, the nerves in my hands feel like they are pulled out. It is the same when I try pull-ups or something. I can also aggrevate this nerve pain sometimes when I push against something in a certain angle of the arm. For exampe, yesterday I wiped the floor and pushe really hard, and then I felt my ulnar nerve from the choulder to the elbow. The same happens when I pet my dog a little harder.

The second thing is the pain somewhere above my elbow. I will insert a picture here:

It is at the "brachial medial cut".

This area sometimes feels tender after I workout (I do very very light stuff, but I have done this for years), but just for some seconds. So whatever I am doing, it suddenly flares up and it feels like everything inside is torn and bleeding, and after some seconds it's fine again! When I push against something it aggrevates the pain. For example, if I put my hands on my head and push against my head very  hard, it hurts! The same happens when I put my hands on my knee and push against it or when I try to get up from a low chair and push myself up in a certain angle. It also hurts when I try to do an L-Sit on p-bars!

Do you think that the nerve pain in the arms and this pushing pain above the elbow somewhere between biceps and triceps are connected?

I have had so many diagnosis : tennis elbow, golfers elbow, tricep and bicep tendonitis etc. But I don't feel it in everyday activities normally, I don't have any swelling or redness or numbness and it doesn't radiate to my fingers.

A specialits made an MRI of my cervical spine. My discs are all fine and of normal height. The only thing is that at C6 and C7 my spinal marrow presses a little against my discs and my cercival spine is too straight!

Do you have any ideas? What could I do?

It is not connected with your spine, as it results from some actions with your arm. I think there is an instability in a joint upwards of your symptom(s) which squeezes the nerve, probably the shoulder. I had something somewhat similar with my shoulder. Doctors were  of no help, the 2nd PT identified the very bad posture of this shoulder and gave me some ideas of how to fix it. In the end I had to try hundreds of exercises myself for years to find the best ones.
