Hey all,

I'm planning ahead for the summer, where I am currently unsure if I will have access to a handy-dandy glute-ham raise stand to work on the iMs for SLS/SE3 and above. I am curious ifhow other people have done these exercises without a partner or the stands specifically made for the exercise. If you have overcome that equipment obstacle, could you please share the creativity?

Thanks!

Stick your feet under a heavy piece of furniture, piano etc. Did this in the past, and it works.

Use a park bench or table, or similar sturdy object, and wrap the straps from your rings around it to anchor your feet.

Personally, I use the lowest rung of my stallbars.
