Hi!
Somebody have answer for that? I mean is´t it enough with for example vertical pike hang and just increase the load by stepping up until you are on the same bar as your hands?
and if you want to focus on one, which is the best?
Thanks.

They are progressions designed to help you achieve a suitable degree of pike compression. Each one is designed so that mastering it will allow you to perform the next one. PE7>iM develops passive pike flexibility; PE8>iM builds further on that flexibility, and PE9>iM introduces you to moving into that range of motion under your own power. SE1>iM forces you to develop strength towards the edge of your ROM and SE2>im develops that further. SE3>iM takes a 90 degree turn and begins working your straddle flexibility in preparation for learning the straddle L.
If you want to focus on one, start with PE7>im. Once you're really good that that move on to PE8>iM, etc, until you have achieved perfect ROM in SE2>iM.
