Perform:

10 minutes of HS Wall Runs

rest 5 minutes

2x6 Wall Pike Press HS

Finish the workout with 2x10 Wrist Pushups

notes:

1) Spend 10 minutes performing HS Wall runs. Time spent resting DOES NOT count toward the 10 minute total. Ideally the 10 minutes of HS Wall Runs should be performed in a single set.

2) Rest as necessary, but strive to keep rest to an absolute minimum.

3) Alternate one straight arm repetition and one 90 degree bent arm repetition during the Wall Pike Press HS sets.

Interesting, this is the 3rd time we se this Wod. Coach you must see Handstand wall runs as a very benficial Wod?

I´ve been hooked on this Wod since you first wrote about it in January. For me its shown great results!

um... i did 30 seconds and my shoulders were burning on fire. 10 minutes total time will take an hour. I don't even know if i can do the press handstands after that. we'll see.

ended up doing 5 minutes. it was a beast. i'll do the other 5 minutes Sunday. And i'll add 10 minutes every week to my normal workouts of WOD and gymnastic skills training.

Flexibility prevented me from working the pike press wall handstands so i substituted Press handstands instead.

Perform:

10 minutes of HS Wall Runs 5 minutes in 30 minutes. wow.

rest 5 minutes

2x6 Wall Pike Press HS

did head stands and still required a bit of a kick off the ground. Lumbar tightness a problem.
