I think that cold showers can have a positive effect, but how long and how cold must the shower be to have an effect on the body?Just step 10 sec under lukewarm or must someone dive into an icebath for a few min?Maybe someone has experience with cold showers and could tell something about it =) Is it true that you can get rid of trash in your body by detoxing( i think it´s the right word^^) and if its true how does it work? - Fasting, taking baths in saltwater? Better to avoid toxins in the first place by avoiding the worst offenders. Google is your friend, but things like farmed fish (especially salmon) should be avoided.
