HBR Mastery

Hi guys

Just a quick query (not sure if i'm in the right forum but f*** it! ;P) I recently purchased foundation 1 and 2 and i noticed that for the 'hollow body rock' ...mastery is 5 x 60reps. Now, do we count 1 rep as 'back and forth'?? or is 1 rep just on the rock back and 2nd rep is rock forward? ...make sense?? haha

Also just as a side note, If you are feeling that the stall bars abit pricey, just do what i did and buy 6 lots of doorway pull up bars and spread them evenly!...does the job fine!

cheers

Back and forth = one rep.

Doorway pushup bars? For basic standing stuff they should be

OK, but I wouldn't trust them when getting inverted like in reverse leg lifts or even normal hanging leg lifts.
