for the BA planche you need to fix it. lets the body to pass between the elbows so that you cannot lock it on the triceps and on the lats. the body should remain a few inches from the ground. this position refinement must be held, you will find a good advantage when you learn this position especially in the final HBP elements of Foundations 3.

Fix it before to move forward.

His arms weren't locking on to the lats though if you look closely.

Hips are a bit high.

Are you strongly depressing your scapula, in addition to your scapula protraction? If you are it is hard to tell.

probably not even close to enough because i dont know how to depress when leaning forward. i always start elevating automatically my shoulders once i am in the final position.

i do a lot of freestanding handstands at the moment and played a little with lowering down from handstand to tuck planche which makes it easier to depress somehow. but i am just playing around so... no real results yet. but i found all the handstand balancing translated well to my bent arm planche progression because it makes the balance aspect much easier.

here is a little update on my bent arm half straddle planche. i was a little shaky because my muscles were already sore, i will upload a new one when i got that 10 sec finally! :D
