Just to be sure about the IM. i find it very hard : do not allow the lower back to arch + squeeze the abs + push hard with traps and hold the position. maybe in a month i will reach 10 sec.

I noticed a continue improvements of the HS line, of course i'm using all the previous IM's, not increaseing the weight but moving the grip closer.

The ribs must also be pulled in.

Performed correctly, I always feel slightly piked in this iM even when my bodyline is perfectly flat.

the ideal form is assume a very straight hollow body position and hold it by pushing with traps?

is acceptable reduce the degree of inclination at the beginning? just to catch the correct sensation?

Coach Sommer

Absolutely.  Just make sure to increase the degree inclination over time.

wow about 2 months on the same element. SE13 is fine, no problem, i've simply added more reps, now i'm working over 12-15 reps so that i cannot lose the HS hold.

I've improved the IM during the last 2 months and i've reached this position for 10 seconds. this wasn't easy i started very high about 30° and from week to week i moved lower and lower. sometime i did some bad fall (the traps do not respond after 10 seconds) but is a part of the game.

i usually perform no rest in between my sets (as in foundation), is a personal choice. i noticed a very good progress on SE12 strength element, specifically on the ability to maintain opened shoulders while moving the knee to parallel position. also i'm able to completely put my hands exactly under my shoulders.
